Each tube of mass spec calibration standard contains 4 purified peptides: Leu-Enkephalin, Gonadoliberin, Angiotensin I, and Neurotensin. You can conveniently dissolve the mass spec calibration peptides directly in the tube with buffer or matrix
solution and then analyze by MALDI-MS or ESI-MS. Each tube contains 10 ug of the 4 calibration peptides totaling 40 ug of peptide in each tube. Three tubes of purified peptides are sold in this product.
