Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Charges for shipping and handling apply and will be prepaid and added to the invoice as separate items unless other arrangements are made at the time of ordering. In order to ensure the quality and integrity of our products, ProteoChem reserves the right to ship materials refrigerated as needed; in so doing this manner of shipping may increase shipping cost. Standard shipping is via FedEx (or UPS) 2-day, unless otherwise requested. Insurance will be charged for higher-value shipments at our discretion.

ProteoChem directly ships products to our international customers or through our official distributors. The customer shall be responsible for all applicable customs duty, VAT, and all other local taxes.

Claims for shortages, errors or imperfections must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Material must not be returned without our authorization. All sales are subject to the standard terms and conditions of ProteoChem, Inc. (available upon request).

Credit card payments using VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are accepted. All checks must be drawn on a US bank in US Dollars (USD). Payments may be made by wire transfer, but all fees associated with sending funds via bank wire transfer are the sole responsibility of the sender (ProteoChem, Inc. shall not be liable for any fees associated with sending payment via bank wire transfer). With prior approval, payment terms Net 30 Days may be accepted. Past due accounts may be charged a 3.5% per month late payment fee.
