TCEP-HCl reducing reagent, Tris(2-Carboxyethyl) phosphine hydrochloride, is an odorless reducing agent specific for disulfides. TCEP-HCl is water soluble. TCEP reducing reagent is stable in air and more effectively able to reduce disulfide bonds at lower pHs than DTT reducing reagent.
